Gwen is a BOC licensed and certified Athletic Trainer from West Chester University with a background in injury evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation. If you currently have or have had an injury, she can follow your physician's instructions to provide a personal training program or massage treatment allowing for recovery and avoiding reinjury.
She is a certified Personal Trainer through The National Personal Training Institute. With 500 hours of instruction and hands-on experience, she can design a training program to meet individual goals.
She is a licensed Massage Therapist through The Cortiva Institute. With 600 hours of instruction and clinical, Gwen is well practiced in relaxation and therapeutic techniques for all of your aches and pains.
